Action Construction Equipment appoints additional director
On 12 November 2011
The board of Action Construction Equipment at its meeting held on 12 November 2011 has approved the scheme of amalgamation of ACE Steelfab with the company subject to approval of Hon'ble High Court of Delhi and other necessary approvals. The board also approved the swap ratio of 24.22:1 i.e. 24.22 equity shares of Rs 2 each at par to be allotted for every 1 fully paid equity share of Rs 10 each to the members of ACE Steelfab by the company.
The board has approved the appointment of Surbhi Garg as an additional director of the company.
