Rajapalayam Mills to issue & allot equity shares
To convene EGM
The board of Rajapalayam Mills in its meeting on 10 October 2011 has decided to issue and allot 3,51,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the company to P R Ramasubrahmaneya Rajha, chairman on preferential basis.
Further, the board has decided to convene extraordinary general meeting on 09 November 2011.
