Eimco Elecon India's board approves to sell surface drilling machines business
To Sandvik Asia Pvt Ltd
The board of Eimco Elecon India in its meeting on 01 July 2011 has decided to sell the Company's business relating to the manufacture of surface drilling machines, to Sandvik Asia Pvt Ltd, at Rs 16.5 crore. P M Patel, chairman of the board has been authorized to give effect to the above proposal.
