The board of Ind-Swift Laboratories in its meeting on 15 March 2011 has allotted 5,35,000 equity shares to promoters group upon conversion of 5,35,000 zero coupon optionally convertible warrants (2009 Series) at a price of Rs 50 per share.
The board has allotted 4,85,000 equity shares to promoters froup upon conversion of 4,85,000 zero coupon optionally convertible warrants (2010 Series) at a price of Rs 82.50 per share.
Further, the board has allotted 11 lakh equity shares to other bodies corporate upon conversion of 11 lakh zero coupon optionally convertible warrants (2010 Series) at a price of Rs 82.50 per share.
