The committee of Prajay Engineers Syndicate in its meeting on 11 October 2010 has allotted 1,06,74,786 equity shares on conversion of warrants to Sumit Anand (50,000 shares), Ultimate Money Makers (6,83,760 shares), N. Ravinder Reddy (51,00,000 shares), D. S. Chandra Mohan Reddy (9,09,402 shares) and D. Vijay Sen Reddy (39,31,624 shares).
