The company is required to construct about 161 units of 6 flats each totalling to 966 flats and 7.5 lakhs sq.ft area for the project. The company has been executing building construction projects in north India for over 280 crores including 3 million sq.ft. residential complex and judicial court complex at Kapurthala in Punjab & Gurgaon etc.

The company has also completed the financial tie up, through its subsidiary Supreme Manor Wada Bhiwandi Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, for the Project of 4 Laning of Manor Wada Bhiwandi Road in Thane. This project which was awarded by PWD Maharashtra, on BOT to the subsidiary. The cost of project is Rs 430 crore . The company has already infused equity to the tune of Rs 56 crore as on date in the said subsidiary.
