Mahamaya Steel Industries to increase authorised share capital
From Rs 50 crore to Rs 60 crore
The board of Mahamaya Steel Industries in its meeting on 27 August 2010 has decided to increase the authorised share capital of the company from Rs. 50 crore and to Rs. 60 crore.

Further, the board has approved the delisting of equity shares from Hyderabad Stock Exchange, M.P. Stock Exchange, Jaipur Stock Exchange, Calcutta Stock Exchange, subject to approvals of shareholders.
