Prism Cement to acquire remaining 50% stake in Milano Bathroom Fitting
Prism Cement has announced that the company is acquiring the remaining 50% stake in Milano Bathroom Fitting (MBF), its joint venture company. Post acquisition, this company becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of the company and will continue to be managed through its H & R Johnson (India) division.

The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 28 June 2010.
