Ind-Swift Laboratories recommends dividend
Of Re 1 per share
The board of Ind-Swift Laboratories in its meeting on 29 May 2010 has recommended dividend at the rate of Re. 1 per share.

Further, the board has allotted 14,65,000 equity shares upon conversion of 14,65,000 zero coupon convertible warrants.
