The board of Dewan Housing Finance Corporation in its meeting on 27 January 2010 has allotted 23,382 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10 each to employees of the company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) 2008.
With the aforesaid allotment the paid up share capital of the company stands increased to Rs. 82,02,65,440 divided into 8,20,26,544 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each.
