Automotive Stampings and Assemblies' board approves rights issue
On 23 October 2009
The board of Automotive Stampings and Assemblies has approved rights issue of Equity shares / securities / instruments convertible into equity shares, etc. to the Equity Shareholders of the Company, with the issue size not exceeding Rs. 30 Crores, in the ratio and at a price to be decided subsequently.
This was approved at the board meeting held on 23 October 2009.
