Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation on 12 October 2009 has allotted 43,746 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to conversion of FCCBs by bondholders.
Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 285,00,85,780 consisting 28,50,08,578 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
The company made this allotment after the trading hours on 13 October 2009.
