Shree Rama Multi Tech has announced about the resignations of Kamalkishore C. Jani, nominee director of IDBI with effect from 01 September 2008, Rajkumar Jain, Nominee Director of UTI Bank with effect from 05 May 2009, Debasish Mohanty, Nominee Director of UTI with effect from 17 June 2009, Kamal Khera, Nominee Director of ARCIL resigned with effect from 24 July 2009 and Dinesh M. Amin, Director who retired by rotation with effect from 19 September 2009.
The company has announced the appointment of Ashutosh Rohatgi, Nominee Director of JMF-ARC with effect from 24 April 2009.
The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 12 October 2009.
