For marketing activities & strategic investment abroad
Kiri Dyes and Chemicals (KDCL) have incorporated wholly owned subsidiary namely Kiri International Hong Kong. The company has been incorporated among other things for marketing activities as well as for strategic investment abroad.

The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 20 August 2009.
