BL Kashyap recommends dividend
Of 20%
The board of BL Kashyap & Sons has recommended dividend at the rate of Re 1 per share (20%) for the financial year 2008-09.

The board has also decided to seek shareholder's approval to raise funds by various means including through issuance of further securities to persons other than the existing equity shareholders of the company and also by way of QIP to QIBs.

The board has also appointed P S Shenoy as an additional director (independent director) on the board of the company.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 29 June 2009.
