The members of Pix Transmissions have accorded to the board to issue and allot 28,00,000 warrants of Rs 10 each to the promoter and promoter group at a price of Rs 30 or average weekly high and low price of the share during the six months preceding the relevant date or during two weeks preceding the relevant date which is ever is higher.
The members have accorded to the board with due amendment to the proposal to issue 7,50,000 redeemable preference shares of Rs 100 each aggregating to Rs 7,50,00,000.
The members have accorded the board to increase share capital from Rs 25,00,00,000 to Rs 50,00,00,000 by issue of additional 2500000 redeemable preference shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 25,00,00,000.
This was accorded at the extraordinary general meeting held on 11 February 2009.
