The board of Cambridge Solutions has appointed David Andrews, a nominee of Xchanging Plc, as an additional director on the board. Further, David Andrews was also appointed as the executive chairman and CEO with effect from 12 January 2009 subject to the requisite approvals.

The board has accepted the resignation of Christopher A Sinclair from the board of the company and from the executive capacity of executive chairman and CEO of the company.
The board has accepted the resignation of Satyen Patel from the board of the company and from the executive capacity of executive vice chairman of the company.
The board has accepted the resignation of Shobhan Thakore from the board of the company.
This was decided at the board meeting held on 12 January 2009.
