Cambridge Solutions' subsidiary secures new contract
Worth $15 million
Cambridge Solutions has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Cambridge Integrated Services Group inc. has entered into a significant new contract with Compagnie Pour Assistance Techniqueet investissements S.A. (CATISA) (an associate company of the owners of 50% shares of the company, Scandent Holdings Mauritius) to provide consulting services, business development and procurement services over the next two years. The contract has a value of up to $15 million over this period.
The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 13 January 2009.
