Mysore Cements' equity shareholders approves scheme of amalgamation
On 06 August 2008
The equity shareholders of Mysore Cements have approved the scheme of amalgamation of Indorama Cement and Heidelberg Cement India into and with Mysore Cements, including reduction in the securities premium account of Mysore Cements.
This was approved at the court convened meeting held on 06 August 2008.
