Marksans Pharma to allot equity shares
On preferential allotment basis
The board of Marksans Pharma has resolved to create, issue, offer and allot 84,00,241 equity shares of Rs 1 each at a premium of Rs 19.12 each of the company, aggregating to an amount not exceeding Rs 16,89,87,000 to Barnacle LLC, on preferential allotment basis.
This was decided at the board meeting held on 11 August 2008.
