Jindal Photo to invest funds in equity shares of Jindal India Powertech
Of Rs 300 crore
The members of Jindal Photo have authorised the board of directors of the company to invest the funds of the company in the equity shares of Jindal India Powertech upto Rs 300 crore in one or more trenches by way of subscription / acquisition of shares, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
This was accorded at the extraordinary general meeting held on 27 March 2008.
