The committee of Asian Oilfield Services has issued and allotted 12,00,000 equity shares to 2 convertible warrants holders from whom the company has already received the balance subscription money of Rs 18.45 per warrant.
Consequent upon the allotment of said equity shares, the paid up capital of the company has been increased from Rs 7,76,00,000 to Rs 8,96,00,000.
These shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 16 January 2008.
