Royal Orchid Hotels acquires 30 acre property in Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania
As part of expansion plan
Royal Orchid Hotels has announced that as a part of expansion plan, the company has acquired 30 acre property in the Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania through a buy-out route.

This acquisition was made through a buy out of the company Multi Hotels which previously owned the property in the capital city of Tanzania.

The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 19 December 2007.
