The members has also accorded the preferential issue of up to 1,00,00,000 warrants convertible into equity shares at a later date, to Anu Films & Communications, a promoter group company.

Further, the members has decided to increase the authorised capital of the company from Rs 25 crore to Rs 30 crore.

This was decided at the extra ordinary general meeting held on 24 October 2007.
