Shri A K dhar took over the additional charge as CMD from Shri K R Kishore on 25 June 20O7 AN. Consequently Shri K R Kishore, is relieved of his additional charge as CMD with effect from 25 June 2007 AN.

Ministry of Shipping vide its letter dated 13 June 2007 informed the appointment of Shri Rakesh Srivastava and Shri Prabhakar as part-time official directors on the board of the company in place of Shri A K Bhalla and Shri P C Dhiman with immediate effect.
