Genesys International Corporation's shareholders & creditors approve scheme of arrangement
On 11 June 2007
The equity shareholders and creditors of Genesys International Corporation at their court convened meeting held on 11 June 2007 have approved the scheme of arrangement between the company and GI Engineering Solutions for demerger and transfer of engineering and information technology business division of the company into GI Engineering Solutions.
