BCL Industries allots 1.18 cr equity shares on conversion of warrants
BCL Industries has allotted 1,18,13,340 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 04 June 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 28,41,63,340/- consisting of 28,41,63,340 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 1/-each while outstanding warrants stand reduced to 12,00,000 warrants.
