Board of AVG Logistics recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.1.2 per share
AVG Logistics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2024, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.1.2 per share (i.e.12%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
