Board of Shyam Metalics & Energy recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.2.70 per share
Shyam Metalics & Energy announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 May 2024, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.2.70 per share (i.e.27%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
