Board of Electrosteel Castings recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.0.90 per share
Electrosteel Castings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 May 2024, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.0.90 per share (i.e.90%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
