Aegis Logistics announces resignation of director
With effect from 10 April 2024
Aegis Logistics announced that AnilKumar M. Chandaria (DIN:00055797), Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the directorship of the Company w.e.f. close of business hours on 10 April 2024 due to his advanced age of about 88 years.
