IIFL Management Services to sell its AIF biz to IIFL Securities Alternate Asset Management
IIFL Management Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of the IIFL Securities has executed an agreement to sell its Alternate Investment Funds business through a business transfer agreement (BTA) by way of slump sale as a going concern, to IIFL Securities Alternate Asset Management, another wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
