Board of Hindustan Aeronautics recommends 1st interim dividend
Of Rs 22 per share
Hindustan Aeronautics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 February 2024, inter alia, have recommended the 1st interim dividend of Rs 22 per equity Share (i.e. 440%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
