RBL Bank has allotted 6,65,315 equity shares under ESOP on 05 February 2024. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank has increased from 60,36,43,308 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 603,64,33,080 to 60,43,08,623 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 6,04,30,86,230.
