Board of Hil recommends interim dividend
Of Rs 15 per share
Hil announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 2 February 2024, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 15 per equity Share (i.e. 150%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
