Board of Triveni Engineering and Industries recommends special dividend
Of Rs 2.25 per share
Triveni Engineering and Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 January 2024, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 2.25 per equity Share (i.e. 225%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
