Tejas Networks has allotted 1,81,229 equity shares under ESOP. Consequently, on January 19, 2024 the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs.1,70,07,88,460 divided into 17,00,78,846 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to Rs.1,70,26,00,750 divided into 17,02,60,075 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
