Board of Hindustan Zinc appoints company secretary
At meeting held on 19 January 2024
The Board of Hindustan Zinc at its meeting held on 19 January 2024 has approved the appointment of Harsha Kedia (ACS: 21520) as Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from 19 January 2024.
