The Board also approved strategic investment by acquisition of 13,875 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each representing 10.77% of the total equity share capital on fully diluted basis of Kofluence Tech for a total consideration of Rs 32.41 crore.

The Board approved the issuance of 3,71,637 fully paid up equity shares of the company of Re 4 each at an issue price of Rs 872.15 per share aggregating to Rs 32.41 crore to existing shareholders of Kofluence Tech as consideration other than cash.

The Board also approved the increase in limit to provide loan, guarantee or investment in any corporate body from Rs 1000 crore to Rs 1500 crore.
