Board of Satin Creditcare Network approves Rs 200 cr public issue of NCDs
The Board of Satin Creditcare Network at its meeting held on 15 January 2024 has approved the proposal for raising Rs 200 crore by way of issuance of secured, rated, listed, redeemable non-convertible debentures through public issue in one or more tranches.
