Board of Easy Trip Planners approves fund raising up to Rs 1000 cr
At meeting held on 2 January 2023
The Board of Easy Trip Planners at its meeting held on 02 January 2023 has in-principal approved for identifying the optimum combination of equity shares and /or warrants convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of the Company to be issued on preferential basis for raising the funds upto Rs. 1000 crore.
