Tejas Networks has allotted 99,307 equity shares under ESOP on 25 December 2023. Consequent to the allotment made on December 25, 2023, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1,70,07,88,460 /- divided into 17,00,78,846 equity shares of Rs 10/-
each from Rs 1,69,97,95,390 /- divided into 16,99,79,539 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
