JK Tyre & Industries raises Rs 500 cr via QIP issue
JK Tyre & Industries has allotted 1,44,92,749 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each to eligible qualified institutional buyers at an issue price of Rs 345 per equity share (including a premium of Rs 343 per share) aggregating to Rs 500 crore pursuant to the qualified institutional placement issue. The issue price is at a discount of Rs 13.96 i.e. 3.89% of the floor price.

Accordingly, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 52,14,47,258 consisting of 26,07,23,629 equity shares.
