Arman Financial Services has allotted 10,47,835 equity shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers at an issue price of Rs 2195 per equity share (including a premium of Rs 2185 per share) aggregating to Rs 229.99 crore pursuant to the qualified institutional placement issue. The issue price is at a discount of Rs 114.51 i.e. 4.96% of the floor price.
Accordingly, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs
9,75,88,910/- consisting of 97,58,891 equity shares.
