ERIS Lifesciences has allotted 5032 equity shares under ESOP on 22 December 2023. The paid up share capital of the Company accordingly stands increased from Rs. 13,60,23,248 /- (13,60,23,248 equity shares of Re. 1/- each) to Rs. 13,60,28,280/- (13,60,28,280 equity shares of Re. 1/- each).
