Further, Prithish Chowdhary, the Director (Marketing and Business Development), has been given a new assignment as a Whole-time Director and designated Deputy CEO (Passenger Rail Systems). Umesh Chowdhary, Vice Chairman & Managing Director of the Company is currently acting as the CEO of Passenger Rail Systems under whom Prithish Chowdhary would take charge of the day to day affairs of the Passenger Rail System business effective from 20 December 2023.

The Board also decided to promote Saurav Singhania who is currently the Joint CFO as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. In his capacity of CFO he would also be the Chief Risk Officer of the Company w.e.f. 20 December 2023.
