The Board of Anupam Rasayan India at its meeting held on 19 December 2023 has approved the allotment of 19,04,540 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 945.11 per equity share to Rehash Industrial and Resins Chemicals, a promoter of the company, on preferential basis.
Post allotment of these shares, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,09,51,52,280 comprising of 10,95,15,228 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up.
