RBL Bank has allotted 96,620 equity shares under ESOP on 11 December 2023. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank has increased from 60,25,25,642 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 602,52,56,420 to 60,26,22,262 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 6,02,62,22,620.
