Board of DCB Bank approves allotment of up to 60,58,394 equity shares to promoter
At meeting held on 08 December 2023
The Board of DCB Bank at its meeting held on 08 December 2023 has approved the issue and allotment of up to 60,58,394 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each on preferential basis to Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development S.A., one of the promoters of the Bank for cash at an issue price of Rs 137 per share (including premium of Rs 127) for total consideration of Rs 83 crore on preferential basis.
