ITI receives ratings downgrade from Acuite Ratings and Research
ITI has received downgrade in credit ratings from Acuite Ratings and Research as under:

Long term bank loan ratings (Rs 2325 crore) - ACUITE C
Long term bank loan ratings (Rs 120 crore) - ACUITE D
Short term bank loan ratings (Rs 2024.50 croe) - ACUITE A4
